The Episode starts with Kashvi sensing something when Neelam hangovers doll in Kashvi’s hand. She is about to ask her, when Mahima tells about the twist of the baby doll, and says only the guys shall do it and the girls can only help their husbands. Meera asks Arjun to come fast, and says game will start. Neelam brings water tub and Arjun sees her face in the water. He thinks she is Pradyuman’s dead wife, and thinks how she is alive. He thinks Pradyuman has fooled him, his wife was never dead and she is alive. He thinks to catch Neelam. Neelam thinks why Arjun is looking at me and thinks to leave from there. She goes. Arjun is about to go. Meera asks where is he going? Arjun says he has some work and goes behind her. Neelam sits in the car and goes. Arjun comes out and couldn’t find her. He thinks to keep eye on Pradyuman.

Later Pradyuman thinks Neelam went out of party suddenly and thinks to ask her. Kashvi comes there and calls her. Pradyuman falls and Kashvi holds him. He also holds her. Swati gets angry and asks if I shall serve food. Pradyuman says he has to go to office. Swati throws the mob on the floor. Kashvi asks why did you throw it? Swati says she has some work in kitchen and goes. Pradyuman comes out. Arjun follows Pradyuman and sees him entering the complex. He waits and doesn’t see him coming out. He gets Raunaq sir’s call and thinks to go now, but will expose him. He goes. Pradyuman sees him going and comes out. He sits in the car and comes somewhere. He asks Swati why did she call him so urgently and calls her sasumaa. He asks where is Neelam? Swati says Neelam is sleeping inside and I have called you here, to make few things clear. She says the way you talks to Kashvi, holds her etc. He asks what you are saying? Swati tells that she is staying as Servant to be closer to Neelam, and says she will not bear. Pradyuman tells that he will not bear false allegations and tells that he is with Kashvi just for the baby. He says I love Neelam very much. He says he will meet Neelam. He comes to room and sees nobody in the room. He asks Swati where is Neelam? Swati checks the room and finds Neelam on the floor and her hand bleeding. Pradyuman asks what did you do Neelam? They take her to hospital.

Kashvi, Dadi and Romila come to the jewellery store to buy necklace for Kashvi. Nitya also brings Meera there. They check the necklaces. Romila likes a necklace for Kashvi and Nitya also likes the same for Meera. The sales guy shows the necklace to Nitya. Romila says we liked it first. They have an argument. Nitya asks Salesman to sell it to her. Kashvi and Meera tell that they don’t want. Romila says we will get it. Kashvi says she dont like it. Meera says even she don’t like it. They both select necklace for each other. Romila watches it and asks Kashvi why she is so good with her sautan. Kashvi says she doesn’t hate her, and tells that Meera loves Karun so much like his own mother and has changed him. She says I want to ignore the fact that Meera has snatched Arjun from me and says may be destiny dont want Arjun and me to be together, so why to blame her.

Pradyuman asks Swati why did she tell Neelam about Kashvi. He says he willm take her to City hospital. Swati says Neelam is dead as per their reports. Pradyuman says he will take her to other hospital. He comes inside the hospital and asks the doctor to treat his wife, as she has cut the veins. Doctor says it is a police case. Pradyuman gives her money. Doctor says we dont have blood, you have to arrange from outside. Pradyuman says he will arrange. He asks Swati to be with Neelam and goes.

Kashvi is going from there, she doesn’t see Pradyuman, but sees Swati. Swati takes Neelam inside. Nurse assures her that her daughter will be fine. Kashvi comes inside and asks Swati why did she come here, and asks her relation with the patient.

Precap: Karun and Meera are playing and his hand hit Meera’s stomach and Nitya scolds him. Later Arjun reaches hospital and sees Neelam. Meera thinks what is happening to me, why I am hurt, seeing Kashvi and Arjun together in prenatal class.
