The Episode starts with Kashvi telling Pradyuman that Swati took her sonography photograph and tells that she didn’t accept me as your wife. Pradyuman asks why Swati will take your pic. Kashvi asks him to ask Swati. Pradyuman says lets go and ask her, and if needed we will check her room. They go to Swati’s room and asks her if she took the photo. Swati asks why she will take it and asks her to check. Kashvi checks and doesn’t find anything. She thinks who can take my baby’s sonography picture. Meera is in the kitchen. Nitya comes there and asks her not to do any work. Meera thinks she is caring for me as she thinks I am pregnant with
Arjun’s child. Nitya asks if you told Karun about the baby. Meera asks her not to tell Karun. Nitya asks why? Arjun comes and says we don’t know how he will react, and that’s why we will tell him after Janmasthami function. Nitya says ok., Meera tells Arjun that blood report came. Arjun says he will drop her to the hospital while going to office.

Kashvi and Pradyuman are on the way to go to hospital. She thanks him for giving her an idea that they can collect the copy of the report. They reach hospital and asks Receptionist to give the copy of the sonography report. Nurse asks Kashvi to fill the form. Pradyuman asks her to fill the form and till then he will attend the call. Meera comes there. Arjun says he will come inside. Meera says she will just collect the report. She comes to the reception and asks for her report. Receptionist asks her to wait. She then finds her report and keeps it on the table. Pradyuman ends the call and takes Kashvi’s report. He finds Meera’s report and checks it, and gets shocked to see that the spouse is having Thalassemia . Kashvi comes there. He shows the report and they leave. Pradyuman asks Kashvi if she got the deformity test done. Kashvi says no, as Arjun and I have no problem. She says she didn’t get I done during Karun’s time also. Pradyuman thinks something is strange, and gets doubtful of Meera’s pregnancy.

Kashvi and Arjun are in the office. Raunaq Sir says bad smell is coming and asks peon to spray room freshener. Peon comes and sprays it. Kashvi feels nausea and goes from there. Arjun goes behind and helps her wash her face. Chahatein song plays…..Pradyuman comes there to give tiffin to Kashvi. He meets his friend Amit, who says you didn’t meet me after Neelam left. Pradyuman introduces him to Kashvi as his wife. Amit gets surprised. Arjun hears them and asks Amit, about Neelam. Amit says Pradyuman and Neelam used to love each other so much, that I thought that he can’t remarry, and I am surprised that he got married. Arjun asks where Neelam was treated. Amit says City hospital. Arjun comes to Kashvi and tells her about Pradyuman’s first wife Neelam who is dead. Kashvi says she knows already and says everyone has their own ways to handle their pain. She taunts him for marrying Meera, though she is alive. Arjun comes to the hospital and comes to the record room with the help of peon. He gets Neelam’s death certificate and finds that Neelam had Malaria and Pradyuman got her discharged against the doctor’s wish. He thinks to meet Dr. Kothari and find out the truth and seeks Peon’s help.

Later Meera comes to Karun’s school. Karun shows his janmasthami costume to Meera. Meera gets happy. Arjun comes there. Kashvi says she has come here to meet a friend. Arjun asks why she is lying.

Precap: Arjun comes to Pradyuman’s haveli to check for proofs. He finds Pradyuman going to the secret room in the basement. He comes out and collides with Kashvi.
