The Episode starts with Nurse asking Meera why did she come here, though she is unwell and not resting even after being pregnant. Kashvi is shocked and confronts Arjun for saving Meera, as she is pregnant with his child.

Few hours back, Mahinder Sir tells that it seems Devraj made them have this chemical/poison. Arjun asks Kashvi to keep her eyes open, and asks Meera also to keep her eyes open and take deep breath. Pradyuman and Raunaq Sir comes there. Pradyuman holds Kashvi and asks her not to worry. Arjun gets angry and asks them to call doctor. Devansh calls Doctor. Arjun talks to the doctor and asks him if he is hearing him. He goes out to talk to him. Doctor says he is on the way. Arjun says it was sulphuric chemical. Doctor tells that he has just one antidote. Arjun is shocked and asks him to give that one antidote to Kashvi. He tells that he will take the other victim to hospital and will not let anything happen to her. He comes to Meera and lifts her. Raunaq Sir asks where you are taking her? Kashvi hears him, saying that he needs to save Meera, her life is necessary. Arjun thinks you didn’t save me, though you claim that this is your baby, and thinks he loves Meera very much and gets hurt. Doctor reaches there and gives antidote to Kashvi.

Arjun rushes Meera to the hospital and tells Doctor that she is his wife and someone gave her poison. Doctor says we will save your wife and child. Kashvi gains consciousness in the hospital and asks Pradyuman what happened after she fainted. Pradyuman tells that Doctor gave her antidote and then I took you to the hospital. Kashvi asks him about her baby. Pradyuman says your baby is safe. Kashvi thanks him for saving her and her baby. Pradyuman says you have saved many lives, can’t I do this for you. Kashvi says it is shown in such testing time, who is yours and who is stranger.

Meera asks the Nurse about her baby. Nurse says baby is fine. She then asks about kashvi and goes to her ward. She goes to Kashvi’s ward and apologizes to her for putting her in risk. Nurse comes there and asks Meera to go and rest. Meera goes. Nurse tells that some patients are stubborn and don’t want to rest, though she is pregnant. Kashvi asks if she is pregnant. Nurse says yes and tells that her husband takes care of her husband and doesn’t leave her even for a minute. Kashvi thinks they are married since 2 months and she got pregnant also.

Later Kashvi keeps the medicines to get discharge from the hospital. Arjun comes there and asks Kashvi if our child and you both are fine? Kashvi recalls Arjun taking Meera to hospital. Kashvi says you didn’t care for me, when I was fighting for a breath, and my life was not important to you, and you saved Meera. Arjun thinks it seems she doesn’t know that I had called Doctor there to give her antidote. He tries to clarify. Kashvi says she has seen everything, how he came and took Meera in his embrace and took her to hospital, but left me to die there. Arjun says you are thinking me wrong. Kashvi says now I understand well, why you choose Meera, as she is pregnant with your child. She asks if you don’t want me to know, that’s why you are so shocked? She says you left me to die, so that you can save your child. She says you are double standard and says at one side, you say that I am pregnant with your child and when the time came to save him, you left us to die there, and didn’t turn to look at me even once. She says it is right, the child conceived out of wedlock defeated the child conceived due to the one night relation. She says you are married and having a child, so why you come to me again and again and call my baby as yours, why you are playing with my heart and feelings. Arjun asks her to understand. Kashvi says ok this baby is yours, will you accept us. She says what you will do with this baby, how you will handle this situation. Kashvi thinks I was right, why I was doing this, as I can’t leave Meera else Karun’s truth will be revealed. He thinks to keep his marriage with Meera, and accept her child as his, and says he shall make Kashvi hate him so that she can move on in her life. Kashvi asks him to answer. Arjun shouts and tells that whatever she heard and saw is truth and tells that he saved Meera as he loves her and their child. He says all the best for your life, and says God shall give you all the happiness. Kashvi asks him to leave and cries. Arjun sees her crying and goes. Pradyuman hears them and thinks Arjun doesn’t deserve Kashvi and it is good that he is leaving from her life.

Meera and Arjun are going home. Meera asks if you met Kashvi. Arjun says no, and tells that he was busy in paper work so. Meera thinks to give him space. Arjun thinks he can’t tell anything to anyone.

Kashvi comes home with Pradyuman and sees Sabharwals. Pradyuman says surprise and asks if she likes the surprise. Dadi asks Kashvi how is she and her baby? Kashvi says we are fine. Pradyuman asks Kashvi to have medicine and says he has already marked, which medicine to eat, and makes her have apple. Dadi asks Kashvi to marry Pradyuman, as she is pregnant with his child and he takes care of her so well.

Precap: Arjun tells Meera that Kashvi feels that she (Meera) is pregnant with his child. Kashvi says we have decided to marry tomorrow. Meera tells Arjun that she knows the pain of losing love and she will not let him do the mistake of losing his love. He asks him to go and tell everything to Kashvi. Romila tells them that Kashvi is marrying Pradyuman and she is going to Delhi today.
