Garv sat in the drawing room with his parents Manikant and Maina.

Maina:Garv,see the photographs I have brought.Very nice girls.You choose one.

Garv got irritated.

Garv:Mom,I told you many times not to force me to get married.

Maina:But why Garv?Do you love anyone?

Garv:Mom,please stop this kind of talk.Dad…please tell mom not to talk about marriage.

Manikant:But we want to see your marriage beta.

Garv:Dad…you also don’t start it.

Garv walked away.His parents became dull.

Maina:I always pray to God to get him married.

Manikant:You relax Maina.It will happen.

Maina:I am hoping for that.

Garv told his friend Ayush:I am fed up of marriage proposals Ayush.I just want to escape.

Ayush:But why you don’t want to get married?You have any problem?I mean…are you interested in men?I hope you have no crush on me.

Garv blasted at him:Stop it you idiot!Just because I am not interested in marriage,you concluded that I am into boys?It’s just that no girl has captured my heart.I will get married only if I feel that a particular girl is my girl.

Ayush smiled:But where will you find that girl?

Garv:I will find her.I am sure.

Ayush smiled.

Garv:Anyways bye…

Ayush:Bye!

While walking away Garv collided with a girl and she was about to fall down.He caught her immediately.They looked at each other’s eyes.

Garv:I am sorry Sajeeri.

Sajeeri:No need of saying ‘sorry’ Garv.Thanks for not letting me fall down.

Garv smiled.

Ayush smiled seeing it.

Ayush:Is she the one for Garv?

Garv was riding his bike.On the way he heard a girl crying “Help!”.

He stopped his bike and followed the voice.He saw a girl crying for her life in the river.

Garv jumped into the river and pulled her closer.

Garv:Are you alright?

She:Yes.

She held his hands and said:Thank you for saving me.If you had’nt saved me,I would have died.

Garv:How did you fall into the river?

She:Actually I am an orphan.I came from a small town in Allahabad to Mumbai in search of a job.But here some goons tried to catch me.To escape from them I jumped into the river.

Garv was shocked.

Garv:How foolish you are!Before jumping into the river,you did’nt think about the consequences?

What if nobody had come this way?You would have died.

She:It’s my blunder.But that time I did not have any other option to escape from the goons.

Garv:Okay!What’s your name?

She:Titli.

Garv:I am Garv.

She smiled.

Titli:If you don’t mind,can you arrange an accommodation in a hostel?Because I have no idea about this place.

Garv:Now it’s evening.So it’s not possible for me to take you to any hostel.

Titli:Then where will I go at this time?Please…I need a shelter.

Garv:Don’t worry.Tonight you stay in my house.

Titli was very happy:Thank you so much Garv.

Garv took Titli to his house.Maina and Manikant were stunned to see Garv with a girl at the verandah.

Maina whispered to Manikant:How could he just bring a girl to this house?

Manikant:We always wanted to see him getting married.Right?Finally he fulfilled his wish by marrying a girl.So you should be happy Maina.

Maina:Ya.You are right.

Garv and Titli were about to step inside.

Maina:Wait…

Maina ran inside and brought a lamp and other stuffs.Garv and Titli were stunned as Maina did a grah pravesh ceremony there as if they were newly married.

Garv:Mom,what are you doing?

Maina:You keep quiet.

Maina continued the ceremony.Unknowingly Titli started smiling.

Maina’s phone rang.She attended the call:I am very busy now.My son just got married.

Garv and Titli were shocked.

Garv:Mom..what are you saying?Please listen to me.

Maina:Did you say anything to us before getting married?So you don’t say anything now.

Garv became upset.

Manikant:We are happy for you Garv.But you could have told us about this before.We would have conducted a grand wedding.

Garv got irritated.

Garv:Mom..dad…we are not married.

Manikant and Maina were shocked.
