The Episode starts with Tejas saying Akash is a simple cook. Shakku says he is doing some work, what are you doing. Renu says he is working in car showroom. Tejas says I mean the girl should be simple and middle-class. Sachin comes and jokes on him. Renu says don’t say anything in front of them. Sachin says I will see who’s that family. He goes to ask Sayali for tea. She makes the snacks. He says its good, you are making vada pau. She says Renu asked me to make the food, you stay quiet when the guests come. He asks why. She says girl’s family is coming to see Akash. Sachin says we used to go and see the play in Aaji’s village, people used to clap if they like it, else they used to hit with slippers, I will do the same. He likes the snacks. Dubey calls his son Raghav. Raghav sees Riya and compliments her. Dubey says she is Riya. Riya says I don’t remember you. Joy says you both were good childhood friends. Dubey says they should have a private talk. Riya asks what. Mamta asks her to go. Raghav says she is sweet, I like it. Joy says she does dubbing as a hobby.

Dipika comes home and meets Sayali and Sachin. She praises Chirag and says I can’t become his wife, we have no match, he is very nice, his mum doesn’t like me. Sayali says Chirag loves you a lot, you will know you will become a good wife. Sachin says he will handle his mum, you don’t worry, you have to tie a rakhi to me. She agrees.

Renu invites the guests. Sayali comes and says I have made the food, its Raksha bandhan today. Renu asks her to go to her mum’s house and take Sachin along. Sayali refuses. Renu worries and says Akash can marry Juhi, no, I will make Juhi tie rakhi to Akash. Sayali asks about the rakhi gifts. Sachin says I have kept it on the terrace. She says don’t irritate me, tell me, where are the bags. Sachin says you look around in the room, its under the table, see. She asks why do you keep my things away. He jokes that she occupied his cupboard. She argues.

He says don’t spoil your mood, one gets good siblings by fate, Tejas has ruined my entire childhood, you love your siblings, Tejas is just a namesake brother.
