The episode starts with Narad informing devotees that tomorrow Ganesh Chaturthi will be performed and whoever worships Ganesh ji and celebrates Ganesh Chaturthi, their valid wishes will be fulfilled. Devotees rejoice hearing that. In kailash, gods seek Mahadev’s permission to take Ganesh along to celebrate Ganesh chaturhi. Shiv ji says they shall ask Ganesh. Ganesh asks why they are doing all this. They say it’s their respect for him and take him along. Devotees carry Ganapati idols along to celebrate the festival.

Mahishasur plays drum. Shukracharya asks what is he doing. Mahishasur says he will turn auspicious Ganesh Chaturthi into inauspicious event. Shukracharya asks him what is he going to do.
Mahishasur asks him to just wait and watch. He walks to Hunda who is buried underground by Ashokasundari for eyeing on her. Hunda asks who is he. Mahishasur says he is here to help him, flies and punches the ground. Hunda pops out of earth.

Gods and devotees perform Ganesh’s aarti and sing Jai Ganesh Jai Ganesh Deva.. song for him. Hunda humiliates Mahishasur and asks who is he. Mahishasur says he is asur king Mahishasur. Hunda recalls Shukracharya predicting that Rambhs’s son Mahishasur will be the savior of asurs. He touches Mahishasur’s feet and apologises for his misbehavior. Mahishasur says together they will have to destroy Shiv and Shakti. Shukracharya with Rahu and Ketu walks in and says Mahishasur did right by getting Hunda out, now together they can fight with Mahadev now.

Rishis offer feast to him. Kuber insists to have his feast first. Devotees hope Ganesh will respect their request first. Ganesh says he will have food at Kuber’s house first. Parvati says Ganesh is like Mahadev and values devotion and not wealth. Rishis warn Ganesh that he disrespected them by choosing wealth over them and threaten to curse him.
