The Episode starts with Nikki lying to the guard that Pishachini has called her and asks her to take her there. He asks her to come and takes her to the Narmund Pishachini’s skulls She asks what is it? He says there are Narmund Pishachini’s favorite skulls, and tells that someone had tried to steal it, but Pishachini had killed them too. Nikki asks whose sound is this. The guard tells that it is their souls voice who are captive here. He asks how Pishachini sent you a message. Nikki says she had come in my dream and called me for the yagya. She asks him to call her. He says Pishachini will come by herself, she doesn’t follow anyone’s command. Nikki picks the skull and hears dangerous sound. She keeps it back and recalls Nethra’s words that she has chant Pishachini mantra standing on her one leg. Nikki starts chanting the mantras.

A storm comes there and Nikki falls down on the ground. She hears the scary sounds of the souls captive there. She gets up. Just then the souls attack her and some bones hit her head and she faints.

Vikram and Bhavani Singh come inside the purani haveli. Vikram pleads for forgiveness and tells that Nethra is troubling them a lot and asks him to save them from Nethra. Piyush/Malik hears standing behind them and vanishes. Bhavani says Malik is not here, we shall leave. They turn and see Nethra there. Vikram says we have come to see Malik. Nethra says I will make you meet Malik. She brings the water fall. Vikram and Bhavani look on.

Pishachini comes infront of Nikki and scares her. Nikki gets shocked. Pishachini sits on her chair. Nethra asks Vikram and Bhavani to get ready to see Malik after cheating on him. Sumitra, Aarohi and Rachna wait for Vikram and Bhavani. Vikram and Bhavani see Malik, but doesn’t see his face, as he is standing behind the water fall. Nethra asks them to see Malik. Malik says what do you think that insects like you can kill me. Vikram apologizes to him.

Narmund Pishachini asks Nikki to think how her skull will look, once it is dried and separated from her body, it might become her favorite skull. She says I will make your skull as the rani of the skull. The guard comes there and apologizes to Pishachini and says she has fooled me, and said that you invited me here. Pishachini says he is the guard of my skulls here, and says she is happy and sad too at his foolishness. He says liar. She makes him fall and says don’t show bravery. She asks Nikki to look at her head and touch it, as it will separate from her body, in few mins. Malik claps and says my shameless and traitor slaves, have come here infront of him after cheating on him. He asks what to do with you, shall I throw you from the mountain, or shall I throw you in the lava, or bury in this haveli where you tried to blast me. Vikram says you are right, but if you don’t forgive us, then where, we…the insects will go and asks for forgiveness. Malik says you will get death.

Nikki tells Pishachini that she is her big devotee and has come to do her sadhna. Pishachini says I will give you a chance to worship me, and is about to behead Nikki with the sharp cutter. Nikki is shocked. The Pishachini asks her to behead herself and give her skull with her hand, else she will take it herself.

Precap: Vikram tells Sumitra that Malik is alive and he declared his decision. Pishachini tells Nikki that she will behead her after 2 hours and will take out her head.
