The children are sitting while Vedika is serving them when one of the boys says that the vegetable dish is very nice so has she eaten something then Vedika thinks she is not going to divert from her intention, Vedika hears one of the workers talking to Mr Mital assuring the food has reached when Vedika asks who sent the food, the worker says Misses Saraswathi Mittal so Vedika quickly opens the tiffin but finds just a few pieces of the vegetable, Vedika sees it and then starts smiling thinking she ate the vegetable made by her and suddenly is seeing a sight of hope so now everything would get better and she does not have to back down from her mission while will get justice for her mother no matter what she has to do for it.

Degvijay asks Rageshwari why does she feel that Sagar would have gone to meet that girl, Rageshwari picks the books thinking that Vedika always comes to this house but today did not so she might have met Sagar outside and he is also upset about something. Rageshwari dials the contact of the house of Vedika and she answers it when Vedika says that now Sagar is going to call her on this number but she has the caller id and does not want to accept his invitation when Rageshwari replies that she has to make sure Sagar marries Koyal but Degvijay says that nothing will be wrong however Rageshwari explains they have to do it all and who should they make the pawn, Rageshwari decides on making Koyal the pawn.

Koyal walks into the room wearing the Chunri of the Shugun given to her by Rageshwari and she stands in front of the mirror looking at it along with the bangles, Koyal thinks she is feeling for the first time that she will also have her own house along with a family and husband, she gets nervous thinking about how Sagar cared for her when she got allergic, she is lost in his thoughts about how he was so caring she then thinks that momsi is very filmy but how has she become like it as she fell in love with the same person whom she did not like, Koyal remembers when she would fight with Sagar, she thinks he had a lot of attitude before but now takes good care of her, she once again starts smiling. Rageshwari pulls out the Chunri from her head while standing in front of her, Koyal gets worried seeing it. Rageshwari even asks her to take off the bangles when Koyal says she is the one who gave them to her as Shugun, Rageshwari replies she did not know the truth at that time otherwise would not have broken her heart when Koyal asks what is she saying, Rageshwari replies she cannot even hide the truth as it would break her heart and the truth is that Vedika proposed to Sagar and asked herself if Sagar would marry her, Koyal is not able to believe it, Rageshwari replies even she could not believe it as Sagar is her Grandson but she cannot have any hope from him as he does not have any place in his life for Koyal, Vedika is surely going to snatch Sagar from her hearing which Koyal gets worried.

Sagar thinks Vedika is not listening to her and Dadi gave the Shugun to Koyal while Maa is also on their side so he wonders how can he convince Vedika, he throws the phone on the bed when the voice note starts playing, Suphedra entering the room asks Sagar is he proposed to Vedika, he replies he cannot marry Koyal when Suphedra asks if Sagar thinks of marriage as a joke, he replies if she feels that marriage is just a compromise as she also does not have any love in her married life, Suphedra gets worried when Sagar apologizes and hugs her, Sagar says he does not feel anything for Koyal so when she agreed for the marriage then he got very furious and did it all. Suphedra asks what does he feel for Vedika, Sagar replies he does not know about it but would get better and he promises to not take any impulsive decision. Suphedra leaves father showering her blessings on Sagar.

Koyal is shocked asking if Vedika proposed to Sagar, Rageshwari replies Vedika does whatever she likes as when does a girl propose to a boy. Koyal replies even she knows what to do so gives the bangles back to Rageshwari saying sh does not want to marry anyone who is interested in someone else, Rageshwari thinks that if Koyal backs out then Vedika will enter the Maheshwari Mansion.

Vedika says she did not want to hide anything from her parents so wanted to reveal that Sagar came to propose her today and she refused, Kishori lal says but Vedika also likes him but Vedika says that she just has one desire to save her mother from that house, as today she unknowingly got to eat the food made by her mother.

Saraswathi is stunned asking Mauri how can it happen when Mauri replies that Vedika proposed to Sagar so that he does not marry Koyal, Saraswathi cannot believe if Vedika can do it when Mauri says Saraswathi has seen what Vedika can do to get what she desires, Suphedra comes calling Saraswathi but Mauri goes to her asking if she found out what happened when they were talking about the proposal when Mauri says that Degvijay is calling Suphedra and wants to talk to her, Saraswathi is with Mauri saying she has to solve the situation and talk to Vedika but Mauri suggests that Saraswathi should not go herself and send someone else as she is very kind hearted and emotional so she feels Saraswathi should send someone else when Mauri leaves and Saraswathi wonders if Vedika has actually done something of the sort.

Rageshwari says Koyal did not hear the answer of Sagar as he has refused to Vedika and did not accept her proposal so it might be because he has also started falling in love with Koyal as he knows that she is Jhanvi and now they have some hope. Koyal asks Rageshwari why is she insisting on their marriage when she was about to throw them out of the house, Mauri entering the room says that Rageshwari has realized that Sagar cannot get a better wife other then her, Koyal asks if it is her planning when Rageshwari says that Koyal is the one who agreed to the marriage and if she is not interested then they can leave, Mauri stops Rageshwari when Koyal agrees to the proposal if Sagar agrees otherwise it she will not marry him.

Vedika is cleaning the things in the night when she thinks about the argument she had with Sagar today and how they both hugged each other however thinks he is her past so she must forget him.

Precap: Mauri says Rageshwari would have found someone to increase the differences between Saraswathi and Vedika, the girl from the Maheshwari Mansion signals someone to complete the work. Rageshwari thinks that after what happens today, Vedika will never listen to Saraswathi no matter how many times she keeps calling her. Vedika wonders why is the road closed so she takes the other route, the women signals Himat who takes off the sign.
