Scene 1
The trial room catches fire. Mangal gets locked inside. Mangal screams for help. She coughs. No one hears her. Adit sees fire. He says we should all rush out. He takes Kusum outside. Kusum says please help Magnal. Adit says she’d come. Everyoen cries for Mangal. Kusum says please go indie. Adit says how can I save her? Fire extinguishers must be coming. Lakshmi runs inside to save her. Magnal says some help, please. Mangal faints in the fire. She screams. Kusum says please go Adit. Adit rushed inside. Soumya is shocked.

Lakshmi and Adit come inside. Mangal falls outside. Adit puts his coat on Mangal and wraps it around him. He picks her up and takes her outside. Kusum hugs Mangal. She says are you okay? She gives her water. Soumya is angry to see it. Shanti says thank you so much. You protected her today like a good husband.

Scene 2
Akshar says papa you are super papa. You saved Mama. Ishana says you are the best. Mangal saks Kdis to be careful, adit’s hand is burned. Kids ask her to rest. They say they’d do their work themselves. Mangal says I am so lucky my kids love me so much. She says to Adit you saved my life, thank you. Adit says in their heart this whole marriage is a fire for me. Mangal says when I was stuck there I thought I wouldn’t survive. My whole life flashed before my eyes. Our 15 married years, our wedding, our kids, parents. All special moments. I thought I was losing it all. I was losing you but you saved me. You brought my life back to me. Adit sees Kusum coming. He applies medicine to her wounds. He says I had to save you. You should care about yourself too not just others. Kusum says in their heart I hope Adit stays this way.

Lakshmi thinks about Adit. Karthik comes there. He makes Lakshmi wear the thread as well. He says you tied one on me, so I did the same. I was so scared after what happened that day. You are very special to me. I don’t want anything to happen to you. She says Adit didn’t even try to save Mangal. He was not even worried. I rushed inside then he came there later. Would you do the same? He says I would rush in to save you. And he did too. Sometimes people panic and get scared. It all ended well. They are starting a new chapter tomorrow. Lakshmi says something is off for sure. Karthik asks her to close eyes. He massages her head and says don’t worry. Gayatri sees them. She gets angry.

Scene 3
Sudesh gets the house decorated. Mangalgives everyone tea. Shanti says Mangal stop all this and get ready for the mehndi. Kusum says she is a gem. I am lucky to have her in this house. Adit gets ready. Lipika comes and says who are you getting ready for? Mangal or.. he breaks the perfume. She says don’t get angry. She says I was asking. I don’t have any secrets right? He says shut up. I have work. She says Lakshmi was talking about Soumya’s boyfriend. He says what? She says you better keep me happy. She says Lakshmi was telling Karthik about her boyfriend. Soumya also came to the saree shop. Mom saw her there. Adit says what? Lipika says take care. Adit gets worried. Adit says if Soumya comes here amma would be so mad. I can’t take a risk. I have to win amma’s heart and for that, I’ve to pretend to be nice to Mangal. He says I should meet Soumya before she comes here and creates a drama. Kusum says Karthik let’s go. He says I have to give a file in the office. It will take only 10 minutes. She says you won’t go anywhere. Tell them you’re not coming.
