Anushka deliberately places broken glass on the floor. After Kian finishes his Pooja to the Pipal tree, he asks Anushka if Janvi will be okay now that he has completed the ritual. Anushka reassures him that Janvi will be fine. Kian then suggests they return home, and Anushka agrees.

As they prepare to leave, Anushka steps on the broken glass and injures herself. She then asks Kian if they can stay a little longer, and he agrees. Anushka suggests that Kian rest by sleeping on her lap since he must be tired after doing 50 rounds for the Pooja. Kian agrees and falls asleep on her lap. Before he dozes off, Anushka instructs him not to tell anyone about performing the Pooja for Janvi. Kian agrees, and Anushka silently thinks to herself that now she can move forward with her next plan.

Meanwhile, the child welfare officials question Janvi and Aryaman about why Kian left the house. Janvi pleads with them to let her and Aryaman search for Kian. At that moment, Anushka enters and tells the officials that Kian hasn’t gone anywhere—she took him to the park because she’s his mother and can take him wherever she wants. Anushka then asks the officials to leave, assuring them that they’ll complete any remaining formalities later. The child welfare officials agree and leave.

Janvi questions Anushka about why she didn’t inform them that she had taken Kian to the park. Anushka explains that she lied to the officials to protect the family. She reveals that while she was doing Pooja to the Tulsi tree, she saw Kian leaving the house because he was upset that Janvi had been ignoring him. Anushka says she chased after him barefoot and found him crying on a park bench. She comforted him and brought him back home, where he fell asleep on the way.

Premchand thanks Anushka for bringing Kian back and offers to give her anything she wants in return. Anushka asks for Kian to be allowed to stay in her room, and Premchand agrees.

Later, when Kian wakes up, Anushka tells him that she explained to the Bundela family that they had come from the park. Kian, not wanting his wish to be spoiled, agrees and says nothing about the Pooja. Anushka then informs Kian that Premchand has allowed him to stay with her from now on. Kian, however, says he wants to stay with Janvi. Hearing this, Anushka offers to stay in his room instead, and Kian agrees. Aryaman, who is about to leave, is stopped by Kian, who asks him to stay with them. Aryaman agrees.

Later, Suhasini asks Premchand why he didn’t speak up. Premchand replies that he remained silent because Kian wants to stay with Anushka. Suhasini expresses her concern that if Anushka stays in Aryaman’s room, it will only fuel the rumors that Aryaman is living with two women under one roof. Premchand acknowledges her concern but doesn’t take further action.
