As Janvi and Aryaman are taking their Phere, Anushka suddenly stops them and asks Janvi where her baby is. Suhasini questions Anushka about who she is and what she’s talking about. Suddenly, Anushka faints. Aryaman checks on Janvi, asking if she’s alright and who this woman is. Pushkar dismisses Anushka as a crazy woman and insists the wedding must continue. He takes the unconscious Anushka away. Brij Bhushan instructs Abhay to check the security, and Abhay agrees.

Ujwala calls the doctor to ask about the DNA reports. The doctor tells her the reports are ready and he is bringing them.

The pandit urges Janvi and Aryaman to resume their Phere. Shobha also encourages Janvi to focus on the wedding and forget about Anushka. Janvi agrees, and they continue their Phere as the pandit chants Mantras.

Pushkar revives Anushka by throwing water on her face and demands to know why she has returned after so many years and what baby she is talking about.

Anushka explains that she gave birth to a baby in Dehradun and asked Janvi to take the baby to an orphanage because she didn’t have the courage to raise the baby as an unmarried woman. She regretted her decision and tried to go to Janvi but got into an accident. Anushka mentions the baby would be five years old now. Pushkar realizes that Kian is Anushka’s son, not Janvi’s. Anushka tries to go to Janvi, but Pushkar stops her.

Ujwala waits for the doctor. When Premchand suddenly has a coughing fit, Ujwala goes to get him some water.

The doctor calls Ujwala, but she doesn’t answer. He asks Suhasini if she knows where Ujwala is because he needs to give her the DNA reports. Suhasini offers to take the reports and give them to Ujwala. The doctor hands them over to Suhasini.

Ujwala returns with water for Premchand and sees multiple missed calls from the doctor. She calls him back and learns that Suhasini has the reports. Ujwala sets off to find Suhasini.

Pushkar tells Anushka he will bring her son to her and asks her to stay in the room. He thinks Brij Bhushan will be very pleased if he reunites Kian with Anushka. Pushkar calls Kian to come upstairs.

Suhasini tries to read the reports, but Kian accidentally bumps into her, causing her to drop them. Kian apologizes and leaves.

Pushkar reveals to Anushka that her son was not sent to an orphanage and that Janvi raised him. He then shows Kian to Anushka. Anushka hugs Kian, calling him her son. Kian, confused, insists that Janvi is his mother. Pushkar tells Anushka to take Kian and leave. Anushka takes Kian away.

As Janvi and Aryaman near the end of their Phere, everyone notices Kian is missing. Janvi becomes worried and stops the ceremony to look for him, causing their Gathbandhan to break.
