Aryaman pleads with Janvi to punish him instead of taking out her anger on Kian. Janvi throws the stick away, and Aryaman asks why she couldn’t bring herself to hurt him. He tells her he knows she still loves him and makes a comment about it. Aryaman then asks Janvi why she left the house, but she remains silent. He mentions that Suhasini told him Brij Bhushan asked him to send Janvi out of the hotel. Aryaman questions if Brij Bhushan is the reason she left and urges her to tell the truth. Janvi firmly states that leaving the house was her own decision and tells Aryaman to leave. As Aryaman walks away, Janvi thinks to herself that she can’t reveal the truth about Brij Bhushan asking her to leave, fearing it would create a rift between father and son, which she doesn’t want to happen.

Meanwhile, Anushka searches the room for the book Janvi gave her, which contains all the details about Kian.

In a flashback, Janvi hands the book to Anushka and explains that it holds everything she needs to know about Kian. She also shares some past memories of her time with Kian.

Anushka reads through the book and discovers that Kian is allergic to kiwi. She devises a plan to feed him kiwi, anticipating an allergic reaction, and then give him an anti-allergy injection to save him. Anushka hopes that Aryaman will return home and learn how she saved Kian, believing this will help her win his heart.

At the same time, Premchand encourages Kian to eat, telling him that the food was made by Suhasini, not Anushka. However, Kian refuses, saying he wants Janvi. Suhasini comments on the situation and advises Kian to forget about Janvi.

Anushka then offers Kian some fruit custard she made and signals Suhasini to support her. Suhasini praises the custard and encourages Kian to eat it.

After eating the custard, Kian begins to feel suffocated and develops rashes all over his body. Suhasini identifies it as an allergic reaction, and Anushka pretends to be concerned, suggesting that Kian might be allergic to kiwi, just like her. She offers to get the antidote.

Meanwhile, Janvi starts to feel uneasy and tells Ritu that she senses Kian is in danger. She asks Ritu to check on him, and Ritu agrees.

As Anushka retrieves the antidote, she decides to let Kian suffer a little longer, believing it will make a stronger impression on Aryaman when she eventually “saves” him.

Premchand and Suhasini grow increasingly worried as foam starts coming out of Kian’s mouth. As Anushka descends the stairs with the medicine, she accidentally trips, causing the antidote bottle to fall and break.
