Scene 1

Vasudeva’s brother Nanda offers his daughter to him and says she can be sacrificed, it was fate. Vasudeva says I can’t do that. Nanda says if Kamsa knows its a girl then he won’t kill her, I trust my Narayan so take her please. Vasudeva reluctantly takes his daughter and leaves from there. Krishna is crying to Nandua consoles him. Everyone wakes up in the palace, his other son asks if he had a brother or a son?

Vasudeva comes back to Deveki with Nanda’s daughter and shows her. She says why did you bring her here? Kamsa isn’t going to spare her. Vasudeva says Nanda didn’t listen to me.

Kamsa is trying to go to his jail but its raining heavily, he says nothing can stop me. He is about to attack but suddenly the storm stops.

Nanda’s wife Yashoda wakes up and finds a baby with Nanda, she asks if its a girl or a boy? He says we are blessed with a boy. She gets happy and takes Krishna in her arms. Nanda thinks he had to lie for the greater good.

Deveka tries to console the girl and says we have to protect her. Kamsa arrives there and finds her with the baby. He says I am going to kill this baby. He tries to take her but she begs him and says don’t kill her. Vasudeva says the prediction was about a son but she is a daughter. Kamsa says that’s impossible, I don’t care if its a girl or boy. It has to die. Deveka begs him to not kill her. Kamsa says its your 8th baby which I have to kill. He is about to kill the baby but suddenly it flies away and turns into a bright light and then into Shakti Devi. She says you can’t kill me because your Karma is in this world. I was born to protect him which I have done so I am going to leave, you wait for your end now. She vanishes from there. Kamsa looks on.

Yashoda is happy with her son and says I am going to give him so much love.

Kamsa laughs and tells Vasudeva that he will find his baby and kill him right here. Deveka gets angry and says you are going to kill the one protected by Devtas? Kamsa says yes, you should wait for his end. Deveka says he is going to end you and your reign. You can’t leave this place but when my son comes here then that will be your last day. Kamsa laughs and says I don’t need to go there to kill him. I am going to use my powers to kill him. Deveka says your end has started. Kamsa says I am going to celebrate when I kill your son.
