Ramji asks the doctor to check his daughter in law, the doctor after checking Rama asks if she can breathe properly she replies yes when he says that it is good as sometimes they stop breathing while at other times the breaths stabilizes, Bhim then turns to Rama before wearing his glasses, he tightly holds the hand of Rama.

Karuna walks out when Jija Bai asks if she heard that Rama died, Karuna replies Rama is alive hearing which the students are shocked and quickly get up, Karuna says this is the biggest happiness of her life, the students get excited asking if Rama is alive, Karuna asks them all to go inside and meet Rama so the students run towards the room, Jija Bai pulls Karuna to the side saying she did not expect this from her, Karuna joined hands with Bhim and Rama, Karuna apologies to Jija Bai saying that she forgot they both had brought her to the house and when she found a place then she became the elder daughter in law of the house after which she met her and after a few days realized when the mother in law is on her side then what would him and Rama be worth, she crossed all the limits in the house and did not stop to think that the Bhim and Rama who brought her to the house have started suffering due to her, she kept making plans against them but today that Rama saved her husbands life, and even after that if she is not able to support them then would become sense less, Karuna therefor apologizes to Jija Bai saying she has even broken her trust but she broke their heart. Jija Bai leaves. Rama says she is fine when the doctor explains that her injury is weak so it would take some time for it to get better, Rama asks if they can go back home but Bhim replies she must stay here and would go back tomorrow if the doctor advises, Rama says that they must go back to their house, she then sees her saree which she pulls closer to her, Rama says she even has some work, Ramji tells Rama they can go in the morning but Rama insists on going now and even Phuliya says the same thing. Karuna comes with Bala who asks her to come home, he says the wife of the younger brother is also like a sister hearing which Bhim starts smiling. Ramji mentions that after so many days a lot of relations have joined and everyone is eager to go back to the house, Bhim also asks the doctor to write the medicines after which they will take Rama home so the doctor agrees to write the medicine while advising them to take care of her.

Jija Bai angrily start ruining the shop of Nandu, Jokhu, Manohar and Janardhan ask what happened, Jija Bai replies she has lost her trust on Karuna and that she can do anything wrong while Rama is still alive when she should have died today, Jija Bai even throws the things from the well along with all the other things, just then Bala and Rama return with everyone when Ramji says Jija Bai should see how the relations are coming together, Jija Bai replies she is just like this but Ramji furiously takes her into the house even when she keeps insisting that he leave her hand, the entire family of Bhim goes to their house. Phuliya sees Jokhu so going to him explains this time he has beaten her and she has gotten the suffering for being against Bhim but she warns him to not think of beating her otherwise she will file the case, Phuliya goes into her house. Shoba exclaims this Chawl is changing along with the city.

Bhim is helping Rama drink the water then brings the medicine, Rama says she has heard everything that he said to her and knows about it all, Bhim asks her to not start crying but the doctor advised her to rest, she asks him to go and sleep while he also advises her to sleep. Bhim then goes to lie on the bed, while Rama is still sitting.

Bala apologizes to Ramji along with Karuna explaining he has realized his mistake and Ramji knows that he loves his entire family a lot but he still does not know why he got manipulated, Bala vows that he and Karuna would never do anything in the future that will harm the respect of this house, Karuna also agrees requesting for his forgiveness. Ramji getting up says that Bala is his son and if he has realized his mistake then it is not anything so he says they both have returned which has increased his life, he asks them both to go and rest. Meera tells Ramji that she prays Jija Bai should try to understand them which will make their life a lot peaceful. Rama keeps looking at the saree recalling how Bhim said that the people were burning her saree and said that their belief is the person surely dies. Rama slowly gets up to go and pick the saree while Bhim is sleeping, she slowly puts it down with the other saree before taking out the bag, she starts to cut it from the places it was burnt while Bhim is asleep.

In the morning Bhim wakes up to see Rama sewing the saree so he asks her what is she doing, Bhim sits by her side when Rama replies it is about to finish, she hands him the saree explaining she fixed it, as the people tried to burn the love they had for each other but she managed to fix it, and she says the couple of Bhim and Rama is going to fight a lot more wars together, she asks why is he looking at her then should go as they would be having tea at the shop.

The people say Rama just stayed alive but they discuss how Bhim will never forget what happened last night, Bhim asks them all to see that it is the trust Rama has sent a message for them and the challenge of Bhim and Rama, he says if they ever think about killing anyone from his family or class then he is not going to let anyone of them get away, he advises them to get away from such believes and they are trying to take the revenge of Meghnath from them all so it is up to to them to decide what they have to do in the future, Bhim is adamant.
