The British officer is sitting when the officer says that there is the condition of a fire and Bhim Rao is ready to leave Bombay while then they would shift Meghnath to another city and then slowly free him, the constable comes saying that the people from the class of Bhim Rao are making another plan.

The people of the lower class go to each other planing to not let Bhim Rao leave when the people of upper class come asking if they all have to live like this then why are they so eager to stop Bhim, the people of lower class ask why do they all go to the Mandir when the people of upper class reply it is their belief, Shishupal also comes asking the answer from them and says that they should let them belief in what they desire, the people of lower class leave.

Ramji asks Nandu, Puran and Aalekh if they all think that he has done something wrong when the situation is not like this, Puran agrees saying that one should not let the children get trapped in this plot when they know it is not the real case, Jokhu comes telling Ramji to not try and stop Bhim as he would be deceiving the King of Barudha but he should not do anything wrong being the father. The people of lower class enter the chawl asking for Bhim, Jokhu asks if they have come to see him off so assures Bhim will come back but the people reply they have come to stop Bhim, Ramji tells Jokhu to see that they all are not the father of Bhim but want to keep him here, Deepak runs out of the chawl and going to Bhim reveals that the people of their class have come to the chawl and demand he should not leave, Rama asks how would they be able to convince them all, Bhim replies he is not going to lie to the people of his own class and try to first convince them.

The official of the King of Barudha is having fruits when the British officer along with the officer come to him asking what is he doing here when the people of Bhim Rao are not going to let him leave so the officer of the King decides to leave with Bhim right now, the police officer informs that Bhim is on his way to the chawl.

Bhim is walking with Rama and Deepak when the official comes with the guards who hold Bhim, the official says they cannot wait for any more days and have to leave right now, Bhim replies he has a lot of work pending and cannot leave like this but the official replies then Bhim will gather support from his people and refuse to go however Bhim replies he is just going to take their permission, the official asks what if he does not get the permission, Bhim replies it will never happen as he is going to fulfill the promise he has made but just needs a bit of time, the official asks how can he trust Bhim, Rama replies he never lies. Bhim says the official should at least trust him and not just follow the orders of the people who have told him all these things. Bhim asks what if he proves that he is right and they are wrong, the police officer along with the British wonder what is Bhim Rao going to do. Bhim asks the official to go and ask a question from the two people so the official goes to them both saying that if they say the truth then will get this necklace otherwise would be handed, he asks the question when the person asks if Bhim Rao says the truth or the police officer, they reply that they know Bhim Rao never lies so the official hands his necklace to them which angers the British officer who asks what is he doing when the official says he has understood that if the enemy supports the honesty of a person then they should always believe them, the official says they are going to wait for Bhim on the day after tomorrow.

Bhim enters the Chawl with Rama when the people of lower class immediately say he should not leave because then who is going to take care of them, Bhim requests them all to first have tea but they all say he is not going to leave and they donot want to hear anything so just keep saying that he is not going to leave. Bhim walks away from them all to go towards the house, Jija Bai stops him asking if he has accepted their request but when he does not reply then Jija Bai asks if he is going to leave or not, she replies she does have the right to know it, Karuna coming in the house says it is very strange as Jija Bai did not have any concern for Bhim then still wants to know it, Jija Bai replies even Karuna felt the same of Bhim but is now asking, Karuna replies Jija Bai must not be worried as she knows Bhim is going to leave, Jija Bai says Bhim should tell everyone that he is going to leave no matter what they all feel, Bhim replies they all are very close to his heart and they are not acting but showing the love and care they all for him while this sound is not just any sort of noise but their love, he is very selfish which is why he did not say but one thing is certain that he is going to leave, Bhim goes into his room while Karuna also walks away, Rama hears them all talking standing outside the house, she going to the balcony gets worried, thinking there is a difference in the point of view the concern of people standing outside as just noise.

In the night Rama brings milk for Bhim who asks what has happened, she replies she would not be able to bring milk for him and how would she stay alone, she says she does not want to be his weakness and he must think how he would convince the people sitting outside. Bhim starts drinking the milk while trying to think of a plan and says he has found the way to convince them so asks her to come with him.

Bhim walks out when the people still refuse to let him leave, Bhim asks if his father remembers they got trapped in the same manner and he became a lawyer, Bhim says Ramji should be a lawyer for them and if he wins then would leave while if Ramji wins then he is going to stay, everyone is worried but then Ramji agrees to the decision assuring he is not going to lose tomorrow.

In the morning Bhim requests his father to give the blessing that he move ahead in the direction he has chosen, Ramji replies today he cannot give the blessing hearing which Bhim gets worried.
