On September 9, Disha Parmar and Rahul Vaidya faced a health crisis amidst their Ganesh Chaturthi celebrations, both being diagnosed with Dengue. Rahul was the first to receive the diagnosis, followed shortly by Disha, who is now also battling the illness. Today, Disha took to Instagram to share a health update, expressing how challenging and painful the experience has been.

In her Instagram story, Disha opened up about her struggle with Dengue, writing, “I really hope no one has to go through Dengue. Excruciating pain, 103 fever at all times. Worst worst ever.” She also tagged her husband Rahul Vaidya, who is dealing with similar symptoms, as both continue their recovery journey together.

On September 8, Rahul Vaidya first alerted fans to his condition by posting a photo with cold compresses on his forehead. He shared that he had been suffering from a high fever of 104°F and later confirmed that he was diagnosed with Dengue. Shortly after, he revealed that Disha had also tested positive for the illness.

Every year, Disha and Rahul bring home Ganpati Bappa during Ganesh Utsav, but this year, the couple is focusing on their health and staying away from the festivities. The timing has been particularly unfortunate as they try to recover while managing their home life.

Speaking of their personal life, Disha Parmar and Rahul Vaidya are one of the entertainment industry’s most beloved couples.
