Kunal ; What torture is this ? You came to my office also ?

Vandana ; Then where will I go ? You are my husband , don’t forget it.

Kunal : Husband !! Seriously …..What you think about yourself ? Look I fall for your elder sister Pooja and my bad luck Pooja eloped with her  lover and got married secretely. I was sitting in mandap waiting for her arrival and you came as my Dulhan which broke my heart into pieces and pieces.

Vandana : I understand your pain. Even I also didn’t expected it. But my Paapa requested me to become dulhan . Because that was the only way left to save reputation of our family.

Kunal : Pooja has already damaged reputation of your family, played with my emotions and how can you even thought about that I will accept you as my wife ?

Vandana ; Things are not easy for me also Mr. Kunal. But after marriage a wife has to live in her husband’s house and legally we can’t get a mutual divorce until and unless we live together at least for 6 months.

Kunal : Listen you go to your home Vandana . And please let me stay at my home peacefully.

Vandana ; Kunal …..Already I was there only. When advocate was telling about the legal formalities you were also present there naa …..Then why you are talking like these ?

Kunal : I know…But we both..How can we stay under one roof ?

Vandana : See you will go office during day time. I am a singer and I goes for recording sessions in studios. Some times for programmes I need to go night time also. Mostly we both will be busy and we won’t get time with each other ……

Kunal ; But our families…..If they ask being husband and wife why we are not close then…..

Vandana ; Woh tum hi manage kar lo….

Kunal : You please wait here….I will be back after finishing my presentation.

Vandana : Okay…

Kunal and Vandana goes home. ..

Gireesh ; Kunal at least now you bought bahu to our home. Finally you did the good thing.

Aashima ; Yes Kunal. Leaving bahu at mandap post marriage was not right. I know it’s really painful for you to accept truth but Vandana is your wife. So accept her beta.

Kunal ; Maa, Paapa ….There is …

Suddenly Vandana interrupts ; We will try our level best to sort out differences.

Aashima : That’s nice. Vandana and Kunal pray well before God and start your new journey.

Kunal and Vandana prayed well.

Gireesh : We had a wish. Forget whatever happened in past. As the new journey has begin for you both this moment should be made as special. Kunal and Vandana please put this rings at each other’s fingers…Please

Aashima : At least we can make this moment as memorable.

Vandana and Kunal looked each other .

Naresh and Lalita : Even we also wants to see that beti.

Vandana ; Maa, Paapa..

Lalita : Beti we don’t want to force you anything. But all we need to say is just give a chance to this relationship. May be things will work.

Naresh : Haan beti.

Kunal : Our parents happiness matters a lot .

Vandana ; After all it’s two rings….We can do it..

Without thinking much they both nodded their heads and sat together. Both of them put rings in each other’s fingers.

 

Their parents became happy.

Both of them goes to room .Meanwhile Vandana was feeling extreme pain at her feet  as she was suffering swelling .

Kunal : Vandana if you don’t mind may I apply medicine at your feet ?

Vandana nods her head.

Kunal holds her feet gently and applies medicine. They both share an eyelock

Vandana ; Thanks Kunal.

Kunal ; Tum so jawo Vandana….

Next day Vandana finds Kunal picking her bags

Vandana ; Kunal yeh toh meri bags hein..

Kunal ; I know …..You were searching for kurtis today morning. So I thought why can’t I keep your dresses at the wardrobe..

Vandana : And yours…

Kunal : It had enough space Vandana….We both can keep our dresses there..

Vandana : Thanks ..

Kunal : Not again this boring thanks…..Don’t be so formal yaar.

Vandana : Rishta hi kya hein hum donon ke beech ?

Kunal : May be time will tell us…For now we can be good friends..okay…

Vandana ; Okay.

As part of the custom Aashima and Girish tells newly wed couple needs to get blessings from Kuldevi. Kunal and Vandana goes to  village for  visiting Kuldevi Mandir . Both of them reaches village and they gets a grand welcome there.

At the request of villagers both of them dresses up in the traditional costume and since it was a festival occassion they also enjoys spending time there.

Both of them started dancing with villagers at festival

And during dance both of them hold each other closely

Vandana turns to go. Suddenly Kunal holds her chunri from behind and smiles. She turns and put a garland at his neck.

The villagers give a big round of applause and both of them came from the stage .

Jug jug jiyo donon…Nazar na lage iss jodi ko…

Kunal and Vandana smiled. At temple both of them together bought the idol and worshipped god

One day as per Vandana’s insistence Kunal accompanied her in the recording studio. When Vandana started singing Kunal keenly listened to her song.

Kunal ; You sang so well. I hope may you get more opportunities….

Vandana : Kunal music is my world. When I sings I feels everything as beautiful. And today you know what while singing I was recalling those time which we spend in village . Kuldevi mandir , our dance and ….

Kunal ;And….

Vandana ; Nothing….

Kunal ; You know what joh baatein dil mein hein usse kehna chahiye…Agar waqt pe keh nahin paaye toh pata nahin kya ho jaayenge ?

Vandana : You still loves Pooja di..do you ?

Kunal : No…..But the pain which she give to me it’s not easy to forget and forgive….

Vandana : I still not understand why Di did it. My parents are very progressive minded. There was not any particular restriction for us.

Kunal : Still your sister eloped and she didn’t even bothered to inform any of us……

Vandana ; Kunal…..Please….Past is past. My parents and I tried di’s phone a lot. But she never picked our calls. In fact in this whole city no one knows where is she ? But I just hope wherever she is living let her live happily.

Kunal : How can you just forgive her so easily ? Your parents, my parents and we faced the worst…..Vandana when your Paapa said you should become my wife for saving family’s reputation without a second thought you just sat at the mandap. You even don’t know much about me …..What if in the name of revenge if I would have tortured you ?

Vandana : You also didn’t walked away from there. In anger, in pain also I was able to see the respect which you are giving to your parents …..When they said this is the only way to save family you also sat with me at mandap and we married each other….The respect which you was giving to your parents was enough for me to understand that you are a gentle man Kunal…..And you only told me later time will tell us what’s our relationship is …So let’s leave that question to time….

Vandana smiled and walked ahead. Kunal was looking her only.

A small kid give balloons to her and said : Didu your songs are so lovely and you are also very cute….

Vandana happily picked the balloons and pat the kid’s cheek. The kid goes away .Since it was bunch of balloons Vandana was finding hard to hold it alone. Kunal came near her and he also hold some of them.

They goes to a nearest tea stall and eats vada pao .

Vandana ; This is so yummy. Feels to have one more.

Suddenly Kunal bend down in knees and extended his vada pao before Vandana.

Vandana smiled

Vandana : Kunal, what are you doing ?

Kunal : Offering you vada pao in my style…Would you like to have it from your friend’s hand ?

Vandana : Of course. But this one is yours.

Kunal : It’s okay. You can have it.

Vandana : Let’s do one thing. Make it half -half so that we both can have it

Kunal made the vada pao half -half and both ate the vada pao.

They were on the way back to home . So they pick an auto rickshaw. Both of them get shocked to see Pooja with the auto rickshaw driver.

Kunal fumed in anger.

Kunal : Vandana let’s go from here…We will pick another auto.

Pooja ; Kunal …

Kunal ; Excuse me we need to go home. Please we don’t have time to talk with cheaters

Pooja : Vandana ..

Vandana : Di ….Di I never expected I will see you like these……

Pooja : I love Rudra a lot. And Rudra was very much embarrased to ask my hand from our Paapa as he is an auto driver……

Rudra : So I only forced Pooja to elope with me and she ran through the back door at the day of wedding. I know we did a big mistake . But….

Vandana ; Our parents are free minded and how you felt to do this di ? You should have told about this earlier. At least to me and Kunal ….

Kunal : Exactly. At the day of engagement also you didn’t say anything. …How many times I asked you do you like me ?Are you happy with this ? You always nodded head and smiled. And I misunderstood it as love

Pooja : Whatever explanation I will give I know it won’t justify my deeds.

Rudra : Please don’t get anger on Pooja. All mistakes are done by me only. I really feel guilty .

Kunal : Then you both should rectify your mistakes ..

Pooja : How ?

Kunal ; You both should meet our parents and should appologize to them.

Rudra : They will never forgive us.

Pooja : If you won’t appoloize life long the feel of guilt will chase you. So please jeeju , please di….Come home…

Rudra and Pooja, Kunal and Vandana reached home…

 

 

Meanwhile Vandana’s parents were already present there as it was wedding anniversary of Aashima and Gireesh. Naresh and Lalita gets shocked to see Pooja .

Lalita : Pooja ..

Naresh ; Why you came here again  ?To spoil our happiness…

Gireesh : Naresh please…..Let her speak …Pooja who is he ?

Pooja : He is my husband Rudra …He is an orphan and he is an auto rickshaw driver. Actually he used to drop me at my office. During those journeys we both fell in love and we decided to get married.

Rudra ; But suddenly Pooja said about the proposal of Kunal and I felt much fear . Because I am an auto driver and an orphan too. How can I ask Pooja’s hand from her Paapa ….Pooja told at least at the day of engagement I should come and tell truth. But I didn’t came and Pooja pretended happiness and did ring ceremony only. Before things will go from hand we both decided we will elope…..And we did that one at the wedding day…..

Gireesh : So you both didn’t thought about any of us …won’t you ?

Aashima : What all insults we faced before the relatives and people assembled there ……For saving family’s reputation Vandana sat at mandap with Kunal ….And my son also without telling anything sat there and both get married. We parents insisted for it and they obeyed it…

Lalita : Aashima what’s the use of telling all these to them ? They only thought about themselves…If you both have told it earlier Naresh and I would have accepted you happily…

Naresh ; Exactly. I always want happiness of my daughters. There is no need of any embarrasement or inferiority complex Rudra….

Rudra and Pooja : We are so sorry. Please forgive us.

Lalita and Naresh hugged them emotionally…

Naresh ; We are parents

Lalita : And parents can never leave children. From now onwards you are my son, not an orphan Rudra.

Gireesh : So finally it’s the happy ending ….

Aashima : How can it be a happy ending without knowing what Kunal and Vandana feels for each other ….

Kunal ; Vandana ….I likes her very much . Her presence made my life very much colourful. Her songs gaves me the feel of happiness and I always want to hear it from her throughout my life…At each moment I feels to be with her . Her words gave me peace of mind , her smile makes me to feel life is hopeful and always I want to become her forver and ever.

Vandana shyly bow her head down with a smile.

Vandana ; I can’t tell these much polished way .So in simple and short ….

Vandana picked a rose from the table and extended it before Kunal

Vandana : If you are with me…. Be it the sorrow, be it the pleasure, be it the bitterness, be it the sweetness if we are together we can live our life to the fulliest. And I can’t wait time to tell us what we feels for each other ….I love you so much Kunal…

Kunal ; I love you too Vandana. And let’s fill colours to our life by holding each other’s hands together.

He receieves the rose given by her and offers her a white rose

Kunal : It’s not necessary that colour of love should always be red.

Vandana ; Yes. In fact various colours are added in it…..Roothna, Manana, Rona, Hasna , Saath nibhana …..Saare anokhe rang hein isske….

Gireesh : Destiny chooses the right partners and we are just victims.

Aashima : That’s true….

Aashima and Gireesh celebrated their wedding anniversary by making it as very romantic.

Rudra lifted Pooja in his arms and twirled around romantically

Vandana happily lie down at Kunal’s shoulder and said : Thanks

Thanks Kunal. Di ko samajhne ke liye…

Kunal : Hamare beech thanks ki formality nahin hein …Pehli bhi keh chuka hoon tumse

Vandana ; But I felt to say…….For me it’s a big thing….Kunal when you started feeling love to me ?

Kunal : I don’t know exactly how those feelings developed in me…But the more when I get to know you I was feeling you as very much special. At that dance moment when you put garland….I felt literally that moment as the real marriage of ours….

Vandana : Even I was so much lost myself in you , at your each touch I was sensing something new and I prayed god I don’t want to lose you at any cost.

Kunal : It will never happen Vandana..We were thinking about mutual divorce after 6 months…But fact is even 60000 years also come always we are destined to be together Hein naa…

Vandana ; I am always yours and you are always mine….

They both hugged and kissed each other passionately

Both of them stood together under the shower and romanced each other.

And finally they both took their love to next level by getting intimate through all means .

And they lived happily forever.
