On August 6, the jewelry brand took to their official Instagram account to share a detailed post about the incident, informing followers and the public about their grievances. According to their post, Avneet Kaur had sourced jewelry from them for her European trip under a verbal agreement with her stylist. The arrangement was that the actress would tag the brand in her social media posts in exchange for the jewelry. However, the promised tags were never made.

The brand supported their claims by sharing screenshots of their interactions with Avneet’s stylist and the actress herself. Initially, when Avneet failed to tag the brand in her first post, her stylist assured them that the credit would be given in a subsequent post. Despite these assurances, the tagging never occurred. When the brand followed up on the agreement, the stylist indicated that Avneet would instead pay for the jewelry pieces. Upon her return from the trip, the brand sent invoices, but Avneet reportedly refused to pay, stating she would credit the brand in her Instagram story instead.

The influencer wore the jewelry multiple times during her trip, and the brand included photos of her sporting their pieces in their post. They clarified that their intent was not to “name and shame” Avneet Kaur but to reveal the truth behind the situation. As of now, Avneet Kaur has not publicly responded to the accusations or addressed the social media post. However, the comments section has seen numerous netizens criticizing her actions.
